Acme will provide industrial and warehousing companies with 3D Intelligent Vision-Guided Robots.

Through a relationship with Mech-Mind, an AI industrial robotics firm with locations in Germany, Japan, China, and soon the United States, Acme Intralog will offer vision-guided intelligent robots for the region’s warehouse and manufacturing sectors. These robots may be utilized in manufacturing and logistic warehousing facilities for vision-guided depalletizing, order picking, gluing, mixed palletizing, rebar labeling, logistics parcel picking, and assembly.

According to Acme Intralog, “Traditional industrial cameras cannot provide high-quality point cloud data. We will be able to deliver vision-guided intelligent robot solutions with quicker speed, greater precision, and a bigger field of view to generate superb 3D photographs of varied things as a result of our relationship with Mech-Mind. This would be extremely beneficial to the logistics and manufacturing industries. For example, numerous cases must be depalletized in a huge warehouse facility, and the process is complicated, requiring great speed and stability. Traditional industrial robots struggle to deal with haphazard pallet layouts and a large number of cartons of varied sizes and shapes. Our vision-guided robot will be able to distinguish black or white things, tapes, cable ties, labeled products, and the orientation of stripes on cartons using an AI algorithm, and will therefore be able to accomplish depalletizing and palletizing in an efficient and timely way.”

Customers of Acme may take advantage of quick access to cutting-edge vision-based solutions such as Mech-Eye industrial 3D cameras, Mech-Vision graphical machine vision software, Mech-DLK offline deep learning training tool, Mech-Viz intelligent robot programming environment, and more.

Acme can provide a wide range of palletization, depalletization, machine tending, sortation, and bin picking solutions for both manufacturing and intralogistics industries by integrating with industrial and collaborative robots from Hanwha.
